NOPE! NOTHING FAIR ABOUT AN UPLAND ELECTION! If you ARE NOT a resident of District 2, than you are among the 55,041 Residents, who have Unequal Representation in Upland! As the City of Upland, just approved the most illegal election EVER for 2018. They decided Appointee Sid Robinson gets to run for re-election in District 2, which is Janice Elliot’s District. But Janice Elliot will stay on Council, until 2020. But she CAN NOT run for re-election in 2020 because either Sid Robinson or his opponent, will be in HER SEAT until 2022. And District 2 will control 60% of City Council for 25% of the population. District 3 & 4 will control 20% of City Council for their 25% of the population and DISTRICT 1, WITH 18,050 RESIDENTS, WILL HAVE ZERO REPRESENTATION!
