The City of Upland, WITHOUT A PUBLIC HEARING, just VOTED to LICENSE our city’s LIGHT-POLES and the right-of-ways to big TELECOM for the installation of 5G DAS, Small Cellphone Tower Antennas, that industry is placing every 3 to 10 homes, in test markets on light-poles directly outside of homes! Upland City Clerk, Jeannette A. Vagnozzi, who also uses the title of Upland Deputy City Manager, has REFUSED to READ into the RECORD, AT LEAST 3 PUBLIC COMMENT LETTERS to our UPLAND CITY COUNCIL. Those hearings were the Interim City Manager’s $108K windfall of cash, as now a consultant for the city on 12/11 & the Interim Police Chief Appointment on 11/6 & 10/23 Cell Tower at San Antonio Children’s Park! See those LETTERS, those EMAILS and the PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST filed, to get the VIDEOS of THOSE HEARINGS!

Yep! On 10/23 the VOTE was 5-0 and Our City Clerk, Jeanette A. Vagnozzi, who is also Our Deputy City Manager, during the Public Hearing, REFUSED TO READ OUR COMMENT LETTER OBJECTING! And that discriminatory act, has been reported to the Department of Justice, in an American Disability Act Compliant, against the City of Upland. CONGRATULATIONS!!!
