There is already a Cell Tower at this Children’s Park. The City should not be catering to the Wireless Carries, who want their own Cell Tower at the same Park. But instead, they should be catering to the Residents, who own the Park.

Whose research indicates, non-thermal radiation, is the cause of Autism, Premature Alzheimer Disease & Sterility. Who fears reproduction could go to ZERO. In what Newsweek Magazine, just called, the ENVIRONMENTAL CASTRATION CRISIS.
And while I know under the 1996 Telecommunications Act, you are not allowed to consider any of the above, when deciding to put another Cell Tower at a Children’s Park. But you are allowed, to consider the Environmental Impacts of your doing so. They include the scientific studies, proving radio frequency, interferes with the ability of pollinating bees, to self-navigate. The simple act, of placing a cellphone, under a beehive, will cause total hive collapse! These species are native to California. They will be in the Park. They are Federally Protected. They are on the Endangered Species List!

And from the Public Hearing on Monday, October 23rd, Agenda’s Package, it stated, that the Special Economic Development Committee (Which Council Members Sid Robinson & Carol Timm Are On This Committee) who met on 10/16/17, VOTED to approve the 2nd CELL TOWER and, “The Committee recommends that the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute a Lease Agreement with Verizon Wireless for the installation of Cellular Equipment and a New Cellular Tower at San Antonio Park.”
